Hi, I’m Nam.

I’m a businessman based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business.

My background is in software engineering - self-taught, starting in 2007 - but over time I moved from writing code to building teams, then from running products to running companies. Today I serve as General Manager at LMC, where I focus on two things: helping clients build and scale their businesses, and scaling the multi-functional teams that make that possible.

How I work

I believe the best operators understand both sides: the business problem and the technical solution. Most companies don’t fail because of bad technology - they fail because of misaligned teams, unclear priorities, and decisions made too slowly or too late.

That’s the gap I work in.

Mentoring

Beyond my company role, I mentor a small number of people who want to grow - not just in skill, but in how they think and lead. My focus is on the people who are serious about building something: a career, a team, or a business.
